Strips of squid (fished and frozen on board by factory-vessels), coated with a crunchy breading, prefried and deep frozen.
A final frying is needed before eating.
70% squid and 30% breading.
Place Breaded Calamari strips, still frozen, in a pan or deep fat fryer in very hot oil or fat (190C / 374F), and let them cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve them warm.
