Rings of squid (fished and frozen on board by factory-vessels), coated with batter, pre-cooked by frying and deep-frozen.
A final frying is needed before eating them.
40% squid and 60% batter.
Other percentages can be produced as well: 30/70, 35/65, 50/50
Place Battered squid rings, still frozen, in a pan or deep fat fryer in very hot oil or fat (190º C), and let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Serve them warm.
2 kg bags and 8 kg master cartons.
