We count among the internationally leading producers of fine cheese specialities. It all started back in 1927 when the former dairy in Coburg began with the production of cheese using traditional recipes.
The current "Milchwerke" (dairy works) came into existence in 1975 due to a merger. In 1990, numerous suppliers from Thuringia joined.
Today, the cooperative counts more than 1,300 milk producers and is equipped with trendsetting production facilities.
