    Material: 100% polyester
    Specification: 15D/1F, 20D/1F, 30D/1F, 40D/1F, 40D/2F, 50D/2F, 60D/3F, 60D/4F and so on.
    Other Related Specification can be made as per request, different luster yarn and different color yarn can be twisted together to make the shining multi-color yarns.
    Luster: bright trilobal, bright round and semidull
    Packing: wrapped on steel cops, paper cops, plastic cone
    Color: raw white, dope dyed with varied colors according to customers requirement.
    Advantage and Characteristics of yarn: excellent eveness of diameter, high tenacity, good tensile strength and elasticity, this makes our yarns perform well in the organza fabric, ribbons, curtains, webbing and so on.
    End use: warping and wefting yarn in organza fabric, curtain, webbing and so on.

    Our main products are as following: 

    A. Series products of FDY monofilament yarns. The material types including nylon 6 (PA6), nylon 66 ( PA 66), polyester (PET), polypropylene(PP) and polyethylene(HDPE)., The low denier yarn is from 6D/1F to 50D/1F produced by high speed spinning lines. The high denier yarns is more than 50D, diameter of them is from 0.07mm to 4.0mm produced by water cooling extruded lines. They are widely used in common textile ( sewing thread, fastener hook and loop, ribbons, spacer fabrics etc. ), technical fabrics (filtration fabric, screen printing fabric, paper making felt and nets, tyre fabric and so on), agriculture and fishing industry ( fishing lines, fishing nets, trimmer lines, construction lines ) and related special textile area. We can produce different property yarns as per customer's usage and request. It including the high tenacity yarns, low shrinkage yarns, dope dyed yarns, twisted yarns, fire retardant yarns and so on. 

    B. Series products of nylon 6 multiflamet yarn, including nylon POY (pre-oriented yarn), DTY ( drawn textured yarn) and FDY ( fully drawn yarn). The regular denier is from 15D to 100D. The luster includs semidull, bright round and bright trilobal. These yarns widely used in common textiles, like the warping, wefting and knitting socks industry, clothing, ribbons and so on. The dyeing quality is guranteed. The dope dyed with different colors is available for nylon DTY and POY yarn. 

    C. Nylon (PA6 and PA66) and polyester (PET) FDY high tenacity yarn. We specially equipped the high quality European and Japanese extruding machine to produce high tenacity yarn for industrial usage. The nylon 66 high tenacity yarn is mainly from 70D to 630D, the tenacity is more than 8.5G/D and more than 9.2G/D which widely used in high quality sewing thread, belt and technical fabrics. The nylon 6 high tenacity yarn is mainly from 210D to 1890D, the regular tenacity is more than 7.5G/D which mainly used for sewing thread and fishing twines; The polyester HT yarn is from 100D to 1500D, the tenacity is more than 7.0G/D which mainly used for sewing thread, ropes and fishnet twines. 

    D. Series products of twisted yarns and twines. To serve well for the world market, we equipped more than 20 sets twisting lines and more than 80 doubling lines to produce the twisted yarn and thread. The regular twisted yarns is from 70D to 2000D, the twist number is from 50 TPM to 800 TPM. The material consists nylon DTY and FDY, polyester FDY and DTY and polypropylene FDY yarns; The regular twines/thread is 210D/2ply to 210D/150ply, material mainly for PA, PET and PP high tenacity yarns.
