SMNS type low voltage drawout switch cabinet is a new type of low voltage switch cabinet, which is developed by our company according to the market demands. The technical standard of the products meets the requirements of IEC439 Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Controlgear and GB7251.1-1997 Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Controlgear.
SMNS type low voltage drawout switch cabinet is applied for power conversion, power distribution and power control of distribution devices in the electric power system of AC50-60Hz and rated operating voltage of 660V and below in factories and mining enterprises such as electric power stations, transformer substations, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, steel rolling, light industry and textile, as well as in places like residential quarters and high-rise buildings.
2.1 The ambient temperature shall be not be higher than +40ºC and not be lower than -5ºC,The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35ºC.
2.2 Atmospheric condition: clean air. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of 40ºC, while the relative humidity is allowed to be higher at a lower temperature, e.g. it's 90% at 20ºC. Moderate condensation may appear accidentally due to temperature variation.
2.3 The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
2.4 The devices are adaptive to the transportation and delivery process at the following temperature: within -25ºC and +55ºC, as well as up to +70? during a short time (not more than 24 hours). At the extreme temperature of the above, the devices shall not suffer any unrecoverable damage and shall work normally under normal conditions.
2.5 If the above-mentioned application conditions can't be satisfied, the users should consult with the manufacturer and solve it.
2.6 When the device is used for offshore petroleum and nuclear power station engineering projects, another agreement shall be signed.
The basic cabinet frame of the device is of combinable assembly structure, and all structural components of the cabinet frame are galvanized, after being fastened by thread forming screws or hexagon screws of grade 8.8, the components are joined each other into the basic cabinet frame, which is then equipped with the corresponding doors, cover plates, partitions, installing supports, bus bars and functional units, all of which are assembled into a complete device according to the demands of the schemes. The dimensions of the components inside the device and the dimensions of compartments are modularized (the module unit E=25mm, similarly hereinafter).
