    JOC can supply forged bucket teeth which is popular used on the heavy forging machine to press the metal blank to make it produce plastic deformation and obtain a certain mechanical property, shape and size. Forging can eliminate the defection of as-cast loose during metallurgy process and improve the microstructure. The mechanical property of forging bucket teeth is generally better than that of the same material of casting bucket teeth, because forging craftsmanship can keep the intact metal streamline. Furthermore, since 2005 our Jiangyin factory Uni-metals also has established a joint-venture foundry with a British company for automobile turbo charge wheel of vacuum casting, and soon afterwards established 2 branch plants in India and Mexico.
