    PP core infusion mat is a stitch bonded composite reinforcement fabric containing a PP layer inside the fabric. The fabric consists of 3 layers: a PP non-woven layer in the middle, and chopped strands on the outside of the PP layer. It  can be used in all closed mold processes including RTM, RTM Light, and vacuum infusion. 

    It can achieve o     ptimal resin flow for controlled resin usage, suitable for use in complicated mould shapes, Able to have increased control over laminate thickness, able to withstand high RTM pressures.

    Application:

    Automotive,  Boat-building,  Rail vehicle,  Agricultural machines and  Sanitary factilities.
