7. The volume resistivity is greater than or equal to 11 th Omi of 1.0 * 10 on normal
condition, and is greater than or equal to 9 th Omi of 1.0 * 10 when it is soaking.
8. Insulation resistivity on parallel layers is greater than or equal to 11th in Europe of 1.0 * 10 on normal condition, and is greater than or equal to 9 th in Europe of 1.0 * 10 when it is soaking.
9. Withstand voltage on the surface (withstand voltage in the air is 1 minute, space distance is 30mm) is 14 kV.
10. Withstand voltage on vertical layer(withstand voltage in 90 + -2 degrees Celsius transformer oil is 5 minutes) is 18-20 kV.
