This ND-QR-2 type full automatic magnetic field coils winding machine is suitable for starter stator magnetic field flat wire winding. Due to its high automation, this machine is of high efficiency and improve the productitity. 

Features: 
This machine is controlled by PLC program. All the data and parameter could be edit and set in the touching screen. It can automaticallly do wire feeding, paper feeding and wire end bending. During wire winding process, this machine can finish a whole winding process continuously once start button is pressed. And it can  be parted by insulated paper among layers.
