4) Small soldering alloy (21-4N___Nickle alloy )

5) Shaft chromium-plated (partially or entirely)

6) Surface nitrided treatment

 Characteristic                                                           

1). SUH-3(4Cr10Mo): for intake valves, good wearability, magnetism

2). SUH-35(21-4N): for exhaust valves, non-magnetism, make heat, spreak fast

3). TIP( one piece tip welding): to prevent wear, increase its hardness of valve top

 Service                                                                       

1). Surface treatement: chromed. nitrided& polished

2). New products can be developed upon customers' sample or drawing.

3). Our factory can provide OEM service if customers need.

4). Samples can be sent for customers to check the quality before ordering(if we have them in stock).

5). Laser Typing(advanced technology and equipments)

6). The wearing bottom of valves can be repaired.

7). Other engine part products: cylinder head, valve guide/seat, crankshaft, camshaft. timing belt, brake shoes/pad
