1 Compared with other brand product:
1. Comparation in Airtightness perfprmance:
a)Other brand product will form a comprehensive and relatively thick sealing film after pipe expanding;
The sealing film will undertake force when the around pipe expand again,and will result in the airtightness destruction.
b)However, for our product ,the sealant is flexible after harden, and it is in disperse state. So it will not destruct the seal fim eventhough it has some deformation.
2. Through many experiments compared with other brand prodcut, we conclude the following:
a)Depends on temperature:
We found during the hardening velocity test for test piece, other brand prodcut depends on temperature highly;
b)Hardening time:
Other brand product need 3 hours to harden when the temperature is in 20ºC-25ºC. our product needs 30 minutes to harden.
But during the assemble of heat exchanger,the sealant is affected by expanding pipe and friction heat, and now the temperature is 50ºC-60ºC. So now the other brand sealant hardening instantly. The reason is other brand sealant crystallize from liquid state instantly, and form seal film. However our sealant gradually become jelly like,and enter metal contacting surface of the expanding pipe, and form fine dispersion hardening.
2.Our product features:
Our subsidiary company produce a kind of sealant. Its main component is unsaturated acrylic acid ,and it is liquid condition with non-adhesive and low viscosity.
Application area:
a)Mainly used in metal parts, when the metal parts is screw thread, impress, fastening,tapered wire and so on.
b)Used in assembly process.The feature includes anaerobic,and it is liquid condition when it is placed in the air.Besides,the product viscosity is very low before solidify,so it is very easy to remove the residue liquid from the surface part.
Action principle:
The sealant is a low viscosity liquid same as salad oil. It will fully permeate gap liking the action of blood capillary. Besides, it will not dilute and makes bubbles after solidify in the gap because the product do not need solvent,so it has good sealing performance.
Its strength mainly related with friction shearing force.Therefore, the density is denser, the sealing performance is higher. At the same time, during the process of the sealant solidify,it do not need hardening agent.You can use it in the normal atmospheric temperature after extruding it from its container.
