If you are not satisfied with the first sample, we will modify the mould untill you are approval.

Manufacturing ability

we make tooling of moulds all by ourselves.

--- Stamping machines from 10 to 500 tons, produce with material thickness from 0.1~10mm, and precision can be +/-0.05mm.

--- Lathe including vertical lathe, gantry milling machine, CNC lathe, and also some kinds of heavy machine. We can control the precision to:+/-0.02mm

--- And also several facilities for CNC welding machines, CNC bending machine, cuting machines, Die casting machines ,plastic injection machines, drilling machine, heat treating machines.

We have Generators, and can generate electricity ourselves.

We have more than 50 skilled workkers with at least 5 years experience.
