Product Description

  • Imitation Rittal enclosure | PS enclosure, the structure is based on the ES enclosure.
    1. Monitor window with safety glass.
    2. Foldable chassis, pallet-type drawers.
    3. The lower front door is equipped with an ergonomic lock and a double-tooth lock cylinder.

    Features of imitation Rittal nine-fold profile industrial control enclosure:
    1. The frame of the enclosure adopts a nine-fold profile and the high-quality tee. The structure is firm and reliable, and the appearance is elegant.
    2. The lower edge of the door is about 25mm from the ground. The long square panel fixed on the door is equipped with a circular hole in every 25mm, which not only strengthens the strength of the door, but also can be used to install the components such as wiring harness, electrical appliances etc.
    3. The installation plate can be moved back and forth in 25mm to adjust depth.
    4. Each of the nine-fold profiles is equipped with round holes and square holes for every 25mm, which makes the installation and fixing of the instrument very easy and convenient.
    5. The top cover, side plate, back plate and bottom plate are all fixed with screws, which is easy for disassembly and interior installation.
    6. The nine-fold profile industrial control enclosure is processed by fully automatic gluing equipment, and the three points of lock will ensure the enclosure is perfectly sealed with protection class IP55.
    7. The three cover plates at the wire hole on the bottom board can be replaced and moved for the laying of the cable.
    8. The base can be easily installed and removed(optional accessory).
    9. Technical specifications and hole dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.

    Surface finishing:     degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoretic waterproof paint or electrostatic coating;brushed stainless steel;high quality cold-rolled steel plate, 1.5mm (for side board), 2mm (for door) , 2.5mm for installation board.
