Making dishes are as follows: 1. Hollow out a fresh fish about 1-1.5kg, remove the scale and cut the fish into pieces or cubes, then put them into a plate. 2. Put bean powder, cooking wine and egg white to mix well. (Note: Don't need to add salt) 3. Cook some vegetable oil, put the seasoning in and fry for 3 minutes. 4. Add suitable boiling wate(or bone soup), put the fish bone in and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the fish pieces into the soup and until it's fully cooked. 5. Add scallion and remove the pot.
