  • 1. HZS180/2HZS180 Concrete Mixing Plant Introduction
    The theoretical productivity of HZS180 concrete mixing plant is 180 m³/h; the power of the JS3000 mixing machine is 110KW; the total power of the whole set of equipment is 200KW; the number of storage cells is 4; the batching capacity is 240m³; cement weighing range and accuracy in powder silo is (0～1500)±1%kg; admixture weighing range and accuracy is (0～50)±1%kg; discharge height is 4m, it can be transported to a higher height with the conveying worm.
    The HZS180 concrete mixing plant consists of two rows of cement silos and a series of conveying worm. The operation of the entire concrete mixing plant is controlled by a microcomputer control room. The mixing materials can be delivered to two concrete transport vehicles at the same time.

    The electronic weighing device, microcomputer control and digital display adopt new design ideas. The electronic weighing has buffering device and automatic compensation function, and the measuring accuracy is high. The aggregate loading system adopts a large width herringbone  belt, and pedestrian security walkway can be set as required. HZS180 concrete mixing plant is an ideal choice for concrete mixing equipment of enterprises and construction units.
