1.1 Product features
This series of ball mill is a new type of ball mill improved on the bases of old mill. It has the following features.
1.1.1 Large diameter double row self-aligning roller bearings are adopted instead of the original sliding bearing, greatly reducing the friction and making the mill start up easily. It saves power 10-15% than the old mill.
1.1.2 It maintains the end cover structure of common mill, with large-caliber feeding and discharging openings, which realizes large processing capacity.
1.1.3 According to user requirements, a dual power system can be adopted, with both equipped with turning gear or slow transmission devices.
1.2 Notes for ordering
1.2.1 While making selection, the customer should specify the rotating direction and discharging mode of the ball mill. The bearing type can be changed as required by the customer.
1.2.2 Remove the old ball mill split installation structure，we adopt a new type of steel structure with an integral base.
