FV-1200L type fermentation tank is specially designed for small craft brewery brewing system and bar beer brewing system. It can be widely used in the brewing of various craft beer types, such as LAGER, ALE, PILSEN, etc. The tank has a cone-bottom cylindrical shape, also called a cone tank. The 1200L fermentation tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature. The bottom of the tank is designed as a cone, which is very
convenient for yeast recovery and cleaning. A rotating cleaning ball is installed inside the tank top, which is connected to the CIP cleaning system, which can clean the inner wall of the tank at 360 degrees without dead ends, ensuring hygiene and safety in production.
The 1200L fermentor can usually be matched with 600L per batch brewhouse or 1200L per batch brewhouse, and 4-20 can be configured according to the fermentation cycle and output requirements of different beer types. Generally, the configuration of bars and small craft breweries is more common, and the size and placement of the tank can be customized according to site requirements.
