The belt dosing feeder is a complete system equipment that carries out continuous conveying, dynamic weighing and feeding control of bulk and bulk materials.
In terms of control, the material can be accurately fed according to the set feeding rate, and the material flow rate can be automatically adjusted by adjusting the belt rotation speed. The set feeding rate can be continuously conveyed, and the amount of material conveyed can be automatically accumulated.
The instrument keyboard can be used to implement the operation, but also through the host computer or process management system DCS, to complete the system's automatic control.
The belt dosing feeder consists of two parts: the mechanical scale body and the electrical control system.
The mechanical scale body mainly includes: the frame, the hopper (or the prefeeder), the atransmission device, the load cell, the discharge cover, the blocking plate, the automatic tensioner, the correcting device, and the deviation correction device.
Electric control system
The electrical control system is the control core of the system. It includes control instruments, relay interface boards, AC drives, field boxes and electrical protection devices.
