Poplin is plain fabrics made of cotton, polyester, wool, or cotton with blended yarn, although it is plain fabric as sheeting, but it is really different, poplin's drape effect and the hand feel etc is much better than sheeting.
Poplin is in the high-grade among cotton fabric, the yarn quality in warp/weft is superior. and senior poplin's warp/weft yarn are combed or with singeing process.
Our poplin are mainly yarn dyed woven items,The process mainly includedyeing process(proofing - pine cone - dyeing - dehydration - drying - tight cylinder - pack) ,Sizing process, waving and finishing (singeing, desizing, mercerizing - tentering preshrinking - pack).The finish width in our company are mostly 57"58 .
