Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Is a high-tech enterprise, which focuses on the research and development of "high-tech, precise, cutting-edge, specialized and special" bearing products, which are applied to the mainframes of national economic construction in various fields and national defense construction.

The company was formerly known as Luoyang bearing research institute, which was founded in 1958 and was the only first-class comprehensive research institute in China bearing industry. As it became one member of China National Machinery Industry Corporation in 1999, the former institute was transformed into the science and technology enterprise. Then Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Was established in 2001. Having completed strategic restructuring, it became a science and technology listed company which was regulated as a whole. It was listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 002046 in 2005.

The company has achieved 864 scientific payoffs in total, among which there are 31 national awards including National Invention Award and National Science and Technology Progress Awards, as well as 219 provincial and ministerial science and technology achievement awards. The company has built a series of standard systems for spindle unit products in machine tool industry and for national military bearing.
