  • Art powder coating

    General Introduction:

       The art powder coating can be both used for indoor and outdoor. This product has a unique decorative effect luxurious appearance. It can help cover up the defects of the substrate. 
       You need to pay attention to two points. First, since the products contain metallic pigments, when using an electrostatic gun construction should ensure that the system is well grounded, while setting a lower amount of static voltage and flour, to prevent sparking phenomenon when spraying. Second, in order to improve the decorative and overcome the metal coating easy to clean off the paint, we recommend to use the transparent powder coatings to carry varnish.

    Product series:

      We provide sand grain, hammer, silk stripes, marbling, metal and other effects of the product appearance. And we can offer a variety of shiny products based on user demand.

            Proportion :1.2-1.8 (depending on the color and gloss )

    Storage requirements:

       Store below 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire, heat, direct sunlight, open dumps is prohibited.Under this condition, the powder can be stable for 12 months, more than the storage period may be re-examined, such as the results meet the requirements, can still be used.

    Health and safety:
     
      This product is non-toxic. In the course of inhalation of dust should be avoided. The operators should wear  appropriate dust mask and glasses.
