    About Flat Spiral Spring
    Made of stainless steel strip, formation of the high-strength steel strip by particular machines.
    A spiral power spring will naturally coil, develop elastic force and restore its original positon while being stretched.
    The difference between flat spiral springs and conventional springs is that spiral springs are a tightly wound structure, whereas conventional springs is a Linear shape, or a spaced-coil shape.

    Compared with conventional wire springs, spiral springs have the following advantages,
    • Elastic force maintained throughout the whole working trip;
    • Short Preparing time for Elastic force accumulation, achieve required force within very limit distance;
    • the original length smaller than wire springs;
    • Unlimited working trip.
       
       
    Related Knowledge
    • Material: material category, yield strength, surface roughness and other factors can all influence the service lifespan of spiral springs. Adopting SUS301 to make spiral springs can achieve the best effect on performance and lifespan.
    • Force value: different-specification display shelf pushers require different force value. XHX has specific equipment to test the values. By the end of the lifespan customers require, always be able to play a stable performance within the required range of force value.
    • Shape: after the springs achieve the required force value, repeat stretching the springs to its configured trip-span to do life test. The inner and outer diameters shall not exceed the springs' original dimension after the repeated stretching reaches the springs' supposed lifespan.
     
    Display Shelf Pusher Spring
    Shelf pusher springs are mainly used in shelves and display stand in shopping malls, supermarket. The springs adopted are flat spiral springs.
    There are two types of springs, one is constant force springs, the other is variable force springs. Constant force springs provide un-varied power, while Variable force springs provide greater power to more goods and longer stretch, smaller power to fewer goods and shorter stretch.

    Display shelves equipped with pushers are distinguished from ordinary shelves as following,
    When the first object placed in the very front end of a display shelf is take away by a customer, the spring power will move forward those goods located behind. Consequently, there will be no vacancy after goods taken away. No extra labor is required to put more goods onto shelves until those goods inline are all sold/taken out.
     
    Structure Theory:
    It is the springs that activate the pushers to have moving function. Before goods are loaded into pushers or the pushers are stretched, the springs stop still in the front end.
    When goods are put on, springs expand to a straight line and gain retracting function. They will keep the goods close to each other, automatically.
     
    Usage:
    Cigarettes, drinks, playing cards, packets of paper towels, cosmetics, etc., can be put in display shelf pushers. And they can be arranged, massively, according to different categories.

  • Xinhuixiong hardware was founded in 2011, it specializes in producing steel strip springs (SSS) although it also manufactures conventional wire springs, wire forms, four-slides, stamping components, machinings, plastic injection parts, etc.

    XHX factory covers an area of 2, 500 square meters, owns 21 production lines, and has a crew of 65, 12 of which are R&D staff, 5 are QCs. XHX passed ISO9001 quality system certification in August, 2012.

    Since founders are all top elites in this spring industry, the advantage has been with magnificent technique stronger than similar competitors, as a result, XHX acquired its two largest US clients by successfully making samples satisfying them after two famous spring factories failed. Even up to now XHX is always day-and-night busy producing orders from those two clients.

    XHX's main products, i. e., steel strip springs, can be simply divided into two ranges, constant & variable force springs, which can be used in/on shelf display pushers, motor carbon brushes, retractable dog/pet leashes, display monitors, car seat adjusters, etc.

    The steel strip springs are widely used on electronics products, home appliances, communication, bath wares, medical equipment, gym facilities, display fixtures, machinery and sports ware etc. XHX sells spring to Panasonic, Longking, EasePAL within China, and exports to USA, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Egypt and Iran.

    Certainly XHX also manufactures conventional spring manufacture such as extension/compression/torsion/die/wave springs. In fact, conventional spring orders take an equal proportion with steel strip springs.

    Currently XHX has an annual turnover of 3.5 million USD, about a quarter to one third of which is export proportion. Actually, even those products we don't export directly are specially made mostly for the suppliers of international customers.

    Thanks to its spings' advanced technique, splendid performance and satisfying quality, XHX has a large number of famous customers whose names are not permitted to reveal, which should be a pity. Also thanks to those customers' support XHX are busy growing on its way to a higher stage.
