Product Description

  • Laminated glass is one of safety glass. It consists of a tough protective interlayer made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) bonded between two or more glass sheets after heat and pressure in autoclave. 

    Product Series
    1.Flat Laminated Glass
    ·Substrate:Clear float glass, ultra clear glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, patterned glass, low-e glass, tempered glass, heat strengthened, silver mirror ect.
    ·PVB Film Thickness: 0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm etc.
    ·PVB Film Color: Clear, milky, polar white, bronze, grey,green, blue, red etc.
     
    2.Curved Laminated Glass
    The curved laminated glass is made to meet the demands of works designed by modern architects, designers and inventors of different industries. It's laminated by 2 sheets of curved tempered or curved float glass according to drawings by architector.It is a kind of safety glass with the capacities of beautiful appearance, high luminousness, anti-ultraviolet radiation, high strength, sound insulation and keeping moisture.
    3. SGP Laminated Glass
    SGP for laminated safety glazing is the latest innovation glass laminating products. It extends the performance of laminated glass beyond current technologies. Plus interlayer offers five times the tear strength and 100 times the rigidity of conventional PVB interlayer. Because of its added strength, clarity, durability, fabrication and installation ease, it is an excellent candidate for demanding applications in the architectural market place. It can offer improved ballistic protection or thinner constructions than are now possible with conventional laminated glass.

    Characteristics

    1.Safety:The laminated glass used in buildings will remain integrity in the frames when it is violently struck and broken by outside force,so people in the building will not be harmed by fallen glass shatters
    2.Anti-cyclone and anti-earthquake: PVB/SGP laminated glass has higher level of impact resistance
    3.Anti-ultraviolet radiation: The laminated glass can obstruct the ultraviolet radiation from the sun and avoid the ultraviolet radiation 
    4.Acoustic capacity: The PVB film can block noise and reduce the noise affect
    5.Bulletprrof and anti-violence:Differren levels of bulletpoorf and anti-violence glass can be made by interlaying multilayer between glass.
