This product adopts sulfur hexafluoride load switch or vacuum circuit breaker as the control switch (or not), which has strong breaking ability of active load and no-load current and closing ability of short-circuit current, and can be equipped with lightning arrester and grounding fault indicator according to user requirements.
Each ring-type connection line of this series of products can be equipped with a load switch or a vacuum circuit breaker, and any branch circuit can be freely withdrawn and put into operation, while other ring-type circuits are not affected. A fuse can be attached to the load switch. When a branch circuit is short-circuited, the fuse on this branch circuit can quickly break the fault circuit and hit the release of the load switch to make it open, so that the fault circuit is isolated, thus ensuring the continuity of power supply for the non-fault branch circuits.

2. Ambient Temperature: -45℃~+55℃;
3. Suitable for sites without frequent violent vibration or perennial corrosion;
4. Installation Location: outdoor;
5. Suitable for sites: street side and green belt with the inclination of no more than 3°.

Product Structure
Without Switch Type
The Cable Distribution Box without switch is designed for outdoor use with fully sealed structure, full insulation, dustproof, moisture-proof, flood-resistant, corrosion-resistant and strong environmental adaptability. The protection level of the cabinet is IP33. The cable splice support is made of stainless steel and the shell is made of stainless steel or cold-rolled plate by spraying.
The cable splice support is located at the upper part of the distribution box to support the bushing, which is used to fix the cable splice. If lightning arrester is available, it shall be installed at the end of the cable splice. In addition, the short-circuit fault indicator and charged display are also installed in the distribution box. All charged parts of the main circuit in the box are insulated by prefabricated plug-in cable terminals.
The cable partition is located at the bottom of the box with cable clamps and grounding terminals. The box has reasonable layout, small volume, compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple installation and maintenance-free.
The Cable Distribution Box without switch is mainly composed of five parts (see the figure below).

With Switch Type
The Cable Distribution Box with switch is mainly composed of five parts:
(1) Outdoor box: welded with stainless steel with a thickness of 2.0mm, and plastic spraying (camel gray or green) with mirror surface or sand surface can be adopted according to user's requirements.
(2) Internal frame: welded with steel plates and section steels and galvanized. Load switches and incoming and outgoing cable splices are fixed on the frame and installed in outdoor boxes. The operating mechanism rooms, incoming and outgoing cable rooms are all fully enclosed rooms.
(3) Switch room: equipped with SF6 load switch, the switch models are respectively FLN36-12D, SFG-12 and fully enclosed inflatable SF6 load switch or vacuum circuit breaker.
(4) Incoming cable room: equipped with the touchable shielded silicone rubber cable splice and charged display device.
(5) Outgoing cable room: equipped with a corresponding number of cable splices and cable clamps according to the number of outgoing line branches.
