XL-21 Series Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet
XL-21 series low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for metallurgical, mining, petroleum, chemical, textile, port, station and other enterprises. It is used for power distribution and lighting in a three-phase three-wire, four-wire or five-wire low-voltage distribution system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V or 660V and rated current of 630A. It can also be used to control some squirrel-cage motors and wound-rotor motors in low-voltage control systems.
This product meets IEC60439-1:1992, GB7251.1-2005, GB7251.3-2006 and other standards.
Normal Operating Conditions
1. Ambient Temperature: -5℃~+40℃. The average temperature is not higher than +35℃ within 24 hours.
2. Clean air is required. The relative air humidity does not exceed 50% at +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at +20℃. However, it should be considered that moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes.
3. Altitude ≤2000m.
4. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at -25℃ to +55℃, which is allowed to reach +70℃ in a short time (less than 24 hours). Under extreme temperature, the device should not be damaged irretrievably and it should work normally under normal conditions.

XL-21 series distribution boxes are divided into two types: P-type with the box height of 1700mm and 1800mm. Its box is installed independently and holes for incoming and outgoing lines can be opened at the top as required; M-type with the box height of 1900mm. Its top is equipped with a detachable cover plate to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the busbar.
The box body is framed by section steel. The door panel, side and rear sealing plates are all detachable. The installation plate and side beam can be adjusted, and the installation and maintenance are flexible, convenient, compact and universal. The door can be opened more than 135° with the precision casting adjustable door hinge. The mounting support in the box can be adjusted as a whole after the components are installed. It can also be used in combination with multiple sets.
Product Structure
XL-21 series low voltage distribution box is a power distribution device installed indoors against the wall and opened from the front. Its basic structure is made of steel plate bending and angle steel welding. The front right side can be equipped with a knife switch operating handle for current breaking and closing. The door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons, indicator lights and display instruments. Once the box is opened, all the equipment inside is exposed for easy maintenance. This distribution box is equipped with air circuit breaker and fuse as short-circuit protection, as well as contactor and thermal overload relay. Both the door and shell are welded with grounding screws to ensure the reliable connection between the shell and the ground.
This product can be designed with the function of connecting with computer interface and realizing online centralized monitoring and control of power.
